Terms and Conditions — 799 Game Pakistan

To open and maintain a 799 Game account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 799 Game does not permit minors to participate in any aspect of the platform, including free-to-play modes.
• You must be a natural person — companies, partnerships and other legal entities may not register player accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid Pakistani mobile number.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where use of the 799 Game platform is illegal or restricted under applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 799 Game.

799 Game reserves the right to request documentary evidence to verify any of the above requirements at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a current passport, or a government-issued proof of address dated within the last three months. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe requested by 799 Game may result in the suspension of your account until verification is completed.

Each individual is permitted to hold one active 799 Game account only. Opening, operating or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a serious breach of these Terms. All accounts found to be duplicate accounts will be permanently suspended and any balances across those accounts will be forfeited. 799 Game uses technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts and this monitoring is ongoing.

You are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password secure and confidential at all times.
• All activity that takes place on your account, whether or not you authorised it.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Notifying 799 Game support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

799 Game will never ask you to share your password with a support agent or any other representative. If you receive any communication asking for your password, treat it as suspicious and report it to our support team immediately at support@799game.app.

Your account must not be used by any person other than the registered account holder. Sharing access to your 799 Game account with another person — including family members — is not permitted and may result in account suspension.

All transactions on 799 Game are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not convert balances between currencies. All balances, stakes, winnings and bonus amounts displayed in your account are denominated in PKR.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200.
• Accepted deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard debit/credit cards.
• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

• Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on your bank's processing schedule.

The following general rules apply to all 799 Game bonuses unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. Accounts that have not completed identity verification are not eligible to claim or use bonus funds.
• Each bonus is available once per player, once per household, and once per device IP address. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using different accounts constitutes fraud and will result in account suspension.

• All bets placed on 799 Game are final once confirmed. No bet may be cancelled, reversed or modified after it has been accepted by the platform, except in cases of a demonstrable technical error on the part of the platform.

• Identity fraud: Providing false identity information, using another person's identity or payment details, or creating accounts in a name other than your own.

Decisions on account suspension for breaches of these rules rest solely with 799 Game. Where a breach is identified but not confirmed beyond doubt, 799 Game reserves the right to suspend an account while an investigation is conducted. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 799 Game's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to your use of the platform — regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 799 Game account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

799 Game is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your decision to gamble or the outcome of any game.
• Interruptions to service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including network outages, third-party payment system failures, or force majeure events.

Real Money balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after standard identity and anti-fraud checks.

Termination by 799 Game: 799 Game reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at any time if:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• We have reason to believe that your account has been used for fraudulent, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• You have provided false information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• We are required to do so by a regulatory body, court order or law enforcement authority.
• You have failed to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.

In cases where termination is for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms by you), 799 Game reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as part of the remediation for the breach. In cases where termination is at 799 Game's discretion for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, your Real Money balance will be returned to you.

799 Game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
