Registration at 799 Game is free and takes about 2 minutes. Go to the Register page, enter your full name, Pakistani mobile number (03xxxxxxxxx format), email address, date of birth and city, then create a password. Once you submit, an OTP is sent to your mobile number via SMS. Enter the OTP to verify your account and you are done. You can make your first deposit immediately after verification.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account at 799 Game. This is a strict requirement and applies to all Pakistani players regardless of location. When you register, you confirm under our Terms and Conditions that you are 18 or older. We verify age during the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to players under 18 are permanently closed with all balances forfeited.

No. Only one account is permitted per player, per household and per device. Creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses is a violation of our Terms and Conditions and results in all accounts being permanently closed and all balances being forfeited. If you have lost access to your original account, use the password reset function or contact support — do not create a new one.

Log in to your 799 Game account and go to Account Settings. From there you can update your email address and Pakistani mobile number. Any change to your mobile number requires OTP verification on the new number before it is saved. Keeping your contact details current is important — an outdated mobile number means you cannot receive login OTPs on new devices.

To close your 799 Game account permanently, contact our support team at support@799game.app or via Live Chat. Any real-money balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method before the account is closed. You do not need your CNIC at the point of registration. Your CNIC (or another acceptable identity document) is required during the KYC verification process, which is mandatory before you can make your first withdrawal. If you do not receive the reset message, check your spam folder and verify the mobile number or email you entered matches what is registered on your account.

Five or more consecutive failed login attempts trigger a temporary lockout lasting 30 minutes — after which you can try again. If your account is locked for a different reason (such as a pending verification or a terms-related hold), contact 799 Game support at support@799game.app or via Live Chat. Log in to your 799 Game account, go to Account Settings → Security and enable two-factor authentication (2FA). 799 Game uses SMS OTP to your registered Pakistani mobile number as the second factor. Once enabled, any login from a new device or IP address will require both your password and an OTP. 2FA can be disabled from the same settings section at any time.

Yes. The 799 Game Login page has two tabs — Mobile and Email. You can use either your registered Pakistani mobile number or your registered email address along with your password to log in. Both methods work identically. If you have changed your mobile number and have not yet updated it on your account, use the email login tab until you can update your number from Account Settings.

Never. 799 Game staff will never ask for your password in any communication — not by email, SMS, WhatsApp or phone. If you receive any message claiming to be from 799 Game that asks for your password, it is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Report it to support@799game.app immediately and change your password. Your password is stored as a hashed value on our servers — even our own team cannot read it.

799 Game accepts the following PKR deposit methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer (all major Pakistani banks), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. All deposits are in Pakistani Rupees with no currency conversion fees. The minimum deposit is Rs 200.

There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, although large deposits may trigger a routine identity verification request. No. All deposits and withdrawals at 799 Game must be made through payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party transactions — where someone else's Easypaisa, JazzCash or bank account is used — are not permitted. Accounts found to be using third-party payment methods are subject to a hold pending investigation. This policy exists to protect players from fraud and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements.
